Pricing and the $80 Trip Charge
What is the $80 trip charge?
Your service visit is an $80 trip charge, which covers the visit and diagnosis of your appliance problem.
Is the $80 trip charge applied towards my repair?
Yes. The $80 trip charge is applied towards your repair when you approve the work, so it is not an extra fee on top of the repair cost.
Will I know the total cost before you start?
Yes. After diagnosis, we explain the problem and give you the total repair cost for approval before any work begins. There are no surprise fees.
Scheduling, Same-Day, and Emergency Service
How do I schedule a repair?
Call 201-820-4368 or request a service call online. Tell us the appliance type, brand, and symptoms, and we will find a time that works for you.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. We offer same-day service across our service area whenever our schedule allows. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day window.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes. We offer emergency service for urgent problems such as a warm refrigerator, a leaking washer or dishwasher, or a range that smells like gas. Tell us it is urgent when you call. If you smell gas, leave the home, do not light anything or flip switches, and call your gas utility or 911 from outside first.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Do you warranty your repairs?
Yes. Our warranty is: 30-day full parts and labor and 1-5 year part warranty where applicable. If the same problem comes back within 30 days, call us and we will make it right.

Where do you provide service?
We serve Bergen County, Hudson County, Essex County, and Passaic County, NJ, including Hackensack, Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, Montclair, Paterson, Clifton, Wayne, and surrounding towns. Do you service high-rise buildings?
Yes. High-rise buildings exist in all service areas, and we service high-rise buildings throughout our full service area. We are licensed, certified and insured throughout our full service area (all 4 counties and all 21 towns).
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
We will give you an honest assessment. If the repair cost is close to the value of an older appliance, we will tell you so you can make the choice that makes sense for your home and budget.
